The Baltimore Ravens' third-round pick is officially in!
With the 91st overall pick in the 2025 NFL draft, the Baltimore Ravens select LSU OT Emery Jones Jr.
Everything to know about Emery Jones Jr.
The Ravens got a solid tackle, drafting the 6-foot-6, 315 pounds three year starter out of LSU.
While Baltimore didn't have an immediate need for a offensive tackle, they don't have any depth behind Ronnie Stanley and Roger Rosengarten. So, Jones is someone they can draft and develop.
Here's what A to Z Sports' Draft Expert Ryan Roberts had to say about Jones:
"Originally a member of the 2022 recruiting class, Emery Jones Jr., along with his LSU teammate Will Campbell, earned a starting role immediately as a true freshman for the Tigers. In total, Jones started 36 games for the LSU program, all at right tackle. Jones has a nice combination of length, power, and movement skills. His inconsistencies come from his inability to redirect his momentum, and quite inconsistent hand usage. When Jones is technically solid, he can be a dominant football player, especially in the run game. However, there are some that wonder if Jones might be better off moving inside on the next level. Inside at guard, it does feel like a better fit for Jones and his play style," Roberts writes.
