Bills signing former Texans QB Kyle Allen

While it may not be the flashiest, it’s one of the most important announcements.

Another day of free agency, another big decision by Brandon Beane and company.

While all the headlines will be focusing on the team's announcement that they were bringing back All-Pro safety Jordan Poyer, that's not the only important move the team made today.

Ian Rapoport, NFL Insider, broke the news of the Buffalo Bills reaching an agreement with former Texans QB Kyle Allen.

Josh Allen and Kyle Allen are friends and now the Bills have the most consistent quarterback room in the NFL, from a last-name perspective.

The move was important because Josh Allen needed help, plain and simple.

Buffalo should be focusing on all things to help out their franchise quarterback. Whether that is the offensive line, wide receiver, or even the backup QB position, it should all be to help Josh Allen succeed.

Brandon Beane has been busy so far this offseason. A couple of key restructures, contract re-negotiations, and signing new players should have the fan base excited.

Beane's recent restructures have freed up a considerable amount of cap space for the team. Even after re-signing Jordan Poyer, it still feels as though there's another move up his sleeve.

Last year, Beane said there would be no splash signings and out of nowhere the Von Miller news broke.

We have a feeling Kyle Allen's signing won't be the biggest or last move that Beane and company make this offseason.

Josh Allen is getting some help and Jordan Poyer is back in Buffalo. Today is a good day for the Bills Mafia.
