The Chicago Bears have released their final injury report leading up to Week 18's season finale against the Green Bay Packers.

The Bears have listed five players as questionable, one starter as doubtful, and one player has officially been ruled out going into the weekend.

Wide receiver Darnell Mooney (concussion) will be out for the season finale while cornerback Jaylon Johnson (shoulder) was listed as doubtful.

Here's the official look at the final injury report released by the team following Friday's practice:

Slot cornerback Kyler Gordon (calf) and center Lucas Patrick (calf) joined the ever-growing list on Friday after both being listed as limited participants. Each player will be questionable for Sunday's game.

Running back Khalil Herbert missed practice on Friday with a personal reason after being listed as a limited participant on Thursday with a back injury. He will also be listed as questionable. Expect to see the Bears keep running back D'Onta Foreman on the game day roster this week for insurance purposes.

Mooney will be missing his second consecutive game with a concussion and likely has played his last snap as a Chicago Bear. Mooney is expected to be a free agent following the 2023 season and his future in Chicago remains uncertain with a new offensive scheme expected to take over in 2024.

Johnson, who was just named to his first career Pro Bowl, expects to play despite missing practice on Wednesday and Thursday with a shoulder injury. “Yeah, I’m going to try to go,” Johnson said on Thursday after practice. "For sure.” Bears head coach Matt Eberflus made it seem like Johnson will in fact be a true game time decision.

"We're really trying to get him to game time," Eberflus said after practice. "Obviously with that caliber of player, we're doing everything we can to get him to the game and we're going to certainly give it that time as well. He just obviously knows the position really well and can really execute at a high level. He'd be ready to go and he's been engaged in the meetings for sure."

Wide receiver DJ Moore is also expected to play in the season finale despite being listed as a limited participant with a nagging ankle injury throughout the majority of the week of practice. Moore was a full participant on Friday and will not have an injury designation going into the weekend.

Tight end Cole Kmet seems to be good to go as well after processing through a knee injury with the training staff. Kmet missed practice on Wednesday but returned on Thursday as a limited participant. He was upgraded as full participant on Friday and will officially be listed as questionable.
