The Chicago Bears have released their final injury report following Friday's practice leading up to their divisional matchup against the Minnesota Vikings.

The Bears have officially ruled out five players going into the weekend, including running backs Khalil Herbert, Roschon Johnson, and Travis Homer.

All three players did not practice at all this week after each suffering different injuries in the Week 5 win over the Washington Commanders. Promising rookie cornerback Terell Smith and wide receiver Equanimeous St. Brown will also be out.

Here's a look at the entire injury report the team released on Friday:

Safety Eddie Jackson was listed as questionable after full participating in practice on Friday. His quick progression bodes well for him to return to the secondary on Sunday, for the first time since Week 2.

Center Lucas Patrick was listed as questionable after returning to practice on Friday. Patrick suffered a concussion last Thursday, and head coach Matt Eberflus said he still has one final hurdle to cross in the protocol. This will set up an interesting dynamic to watch up-front as the Bears returned to their normal group up front with Cody Whitehair at center and Teven Jenkins at left guard after Patrick went down in Week 5.

Cornerbacks Kyler Gordon and Jaylon Johnson each will not have an injury designation heading into the weekend. The team's top two corners haven't been on the field at the same time this season since Week 1. Gordon was placed on the injured reserve with a broken hand after the game and has missed the last four weeks of the season. Johnson has missed the last two games with a hamstring injury.

Finally, offensive lineman Doug Kramer (whom the team also designed to return from the injured reserved earlier this week), and tight end Cole Kmet will be good to go for Sunday's game.

Running back D'Onta Foreman is expected to start for the Bears on Sunday with Darrynton Evans serving as the team's official backup. Foreman is expected to get the nod given his experience, according to Eberflus.

"We're excited for him and we're excited for his opportunity," Eberflus added.
