The Chicago Bears have released their final injury report leading up to Sunday's game against the Detroit Lions in Week 11.

The team has officially listed one player as out and three more as questionable going into the weekend.

The Bears will officially have quarterback Justin Fields back as the starter for Sunday's game after he was a full participant in each day of practice this week. Fields hasn't played since suffering a thumb injury in Week 6.

The team is expected to activate running back Khalil Herbert off the injured reserve on Saturday, just in time for Sunday's game. Herbert was listed as a full participant for each of the last two days of practice.

Here's the official look at the team's final injury report entering the weekend:

Rookie linebacker and special teamer Noah Sewell (knee) will be the only player listed as out going into the weekend. Sewell "tweaked" his knee in practice on Thursday and his considered week-to-week. The Bears will likely elevate a player off the practice squad to play in his place against the Lions.

Starting linebacker Tremaine Edmunds was listed as questionable after Friday's practice after being a limited participant. Edmunds has missed the last two games with a knee injury suffered in Week 8. Head coach Matt Eberflus said after practice that he likes where Edmunds is currently at but he will keep working with the training staff.

Fellow linebacker Jack Sanborn is also listed as questionable after not practicing on Friday. His absence was listed as an illness but he's trending in the right direction to play on Sunday. Sanborn started in each of the last three games for the Bears.

Running back D'Onta Foreman will also be questionable with an ankle injury after being a limited participant in each day of practice. The Bears released running back Darrynton Evans on Thursday, meaning that rookie Roschon Johnson will be Herbert's backup if Foreman can't go.

Cornerback Terell Smith is expected to return on defense after missing the last five games with mononucleosis. He was a full participant in each day this week and appears healthy enough to play once again.

Fullback Khari Blasingame cleared concussion protocol and offensive guard Nate Davis is expected to start at right guard on Sunday, according to head coach Matt Eberflus on Wednesday.
