The Chicago Bears have released their first injury report for Week 16 and it's not a good look for the team to kick off the week against the Arizona Cardinals.

The Bears listed seven players on the first official injury report following Wednesday's practice and all seven did not participate.

Among those seven includes three primary starters, two of which are on offense.

Here's the official report sent out by the team following Wednesday's practice:

Starting left guard Teven Jenkins was still in concussion protocol on Wednesday after being forced to leave the game with the injury in Week 16. Bears head coach Matt Eberflus said prior to practice that Jenkins is still in the process and likely will be throughout the week.

Bears starting wide receiver Darnell Mooney did not participate in practice on Wednesday with a reported illness. Mooney has started all 14 games for the Bears in 2023 and hasn't missed a game since the final five weeks of the season in 2022.

Defensive end DeMarcus Walker was also held out of the first day of practice with a leg injury that he tweaked in the Bears last game against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, according to Eberflus. Walker is considered day-to-day but was still involved in the walkthroughs and will be throughout the week.

Walker played a season-high 78 percent of the defensive snaps in Week 16 after the team placed Yannick Ngakoue on the injured reserve. If Walker's injury continues to hold him out of practice, expect to see Dominique Robinson have more involvement.

Robinson played 19 defensive snaps in Week 16 after being listed as a healthy inactive from Weeks 8-14. Eberflus took the time on Wednesday to commend Robinson's efforts from Sunday's game.

"He played well in the run game and everything starts with hustle and effort," Eberflus said. "He did a nice job. His intensity was good. I think it was 19 plays I want to say so, he gave some good reps there and it was solid."

Special teamer Travis Homer (hamstring) and defensive back Jaylon Jones (calf) were the other recent additions to the injury report. Wide receiver Equanimeous St. Brown (pectoral) and rookie linebacker Noah Sewell (knee) once again did not practice and remained on the injury report after each missing Week 16's matchup.

It's a tough start to the week and we will see how the list continues to look as the rest of the week progresses.
