A lot of changes took place for the Chicago Bears this week but the goal remains the same on Sunday against the San Fransisco 49ers.

Once again, the Bears will be on the road looking to put an end to a now six game losing streak. History is one Chicago's side in this one considering the team hasn't lost a game at Levi Stadium, winning each of the last two road games in San Francisco.

Sunday's matchup will be available live on FOX during the late window, but not everyone in the country will be able to view the game. Here's which areas will be carrying the game on Sunday.

For those who are unable to watch on TV, you can stream the game on FOX Sports, NFL+ or YouTube TV. If you can't watch the game on TV, you can still tune in and listen on ESPN AM-1000 with Jeff Joniak, Tom Thayer, and Jason McKie.

3 Things To Watch

How will the players respond to a second coaching change: On Friday, the Bears made the second coaching change of the season by firing head coach Matt Eberflus and promoting Thomas Brown for a second time. A decision that was clearly supported by the players and we'll see what kind of impact that decision will have.

How much will Caleb Williams' legs be a factor: Since changing offensive play-callers in Week 11, the team's rookie quarterback has averaged over six carries and 46 rushing yards per game. In two of the last three games, the 49ers allowed 6+ yards per carry and two rushing touchdowns to opposing quarterbacks.

Can the Bears' defense take advantage of a banged up 49ers' offense: San Francisco has dealt with blow after blow on the offensive side of the ball and recently lost their top two running backs in Christian McCaffrey and Jordan Mason. This could set up to be the perfect get-right game for Eric Washington's defense.
