One game stands between the Chicago Bears and the first-round of the NFC playoffs and it’s still going to be a big one on Sunday when the Bears host the Detroit Lions at Soldier Field.

When the 2025 regular season schedule was released earlier in the year, few could have predicted how this game would actually shake up. At 11-5, the Bears have already brought the division title back to Chicago and at 8-8, the Lions are essentially playing for pride at this point.

However, neither team is looking to take it easy on the other or roll over in this game, so it’s still going to be a fun battle. Here’s how you can watch and stream the action:

The majority of the county will be locked into the Bears vs. Lions game on Sunday during the late window on FOX, which is great news for the fans, at least all of those located in the red area.

Those located in the blue area on the map above will be viewing the Miami Dolphins at New England Patriots matchup, with the Patriots looking to secure the top seed in the AFC. As for the green area, those locations will be showing the Arizona Cardinals at Los Angeles Rams game.

If you happen to fall inside the blue or green areas on the map, there’s still other ways to be able to stream or at least listen to the game on Sunday.

Ben Johnson and Dan Campbell are pointing to the middle of the mat for the final round

This game has little implication for either team. Chicago has already clinched playoffs and secured the NFC North title while also being eliminated from contention for the No. 1 seed in the NFC. In theory, the Bears can still play for the No. 2 seed with a win and secure a home game in the divisional round, saying the team wins in the wild card.

Chicago also has added incentive to win after the Week 17 showing in San Francisco. While head coach Ben Johnson doesn’t believe in week-to-week momentum, going into the playoffs with a win can certainly boost team morale in the locker room.

As for the Lions, head coach Dan Campbell isn’t planning to rest any starters, provided they’re healthy going into the game. Campbell noted on Monday that he wants to see his players give it their all one last time before the team’s season comes to a close.

This is like a UFC championship fight when the result is already decided in the final seconds remaining and you see the two fighters point to the middle of the Octagon and trade haymakers for the final few seconds to put on a good show for the fans. The Bears and Lions, despite little to play for, are going to be coming at each other’s throats on Sunday.

The Bears also have an extra incentive, wanting to get back at Detroit after the 31-point loss Chicago suffered the last time these two teams faced off.

“I remember that game vividly from Week 2,” Johnson said during his interview on Monday with Jeff Joniak on ESPN Chicago. “And I think a lot of our guys do as well.”
