The Chicago Bears 2024 draft class is now complete and consists of five new members of the team's roster after the team traded back into the fifth round.
The draft was headlined by the Bears' two Top-10 selections in quarterback Caleb Williams and wide receiver Rome Odunze. After that, the Bears addressed all three aspects on offense, defense, and special teams with their final three selections.
Overall, it's a great class for Bears' fans to be excited about. Here's all of the five selections the Bears made throughout the weekend.
- Round 1, No. 1 overall: QB Caleb Williams, USC
- Round 1, No. 9 overall: WR Rome Odunze, Washington
- Round 3, No. 75 overall: OT Kiran Amegadjie, Yale
- Round 4: No. 122 overall: P Tory Taylor, Iowa
- Round 5: No. 144 overall (via BUF): DE Austin Booker, Kansas
The Bears' roster was already loaded coming into the draft and the work general manager Ryan Poles has done this offseason has been extraordinary. This now feels like the kind of roster that is ready to contend with the best of the best in the NFL and potentially compete for the playoffs as soon as this year if these rookies can hit the ground running at the next level.
