The Chicago Bears have inadvertently ended up in the middle of some NFL drama.

And it's not their fault….at all.

On Monday night, during the Bears' win against the New England Patriots, Chicago linebacker Jaquan Brisker was kicked by Pats quarterback Mac Jones as he slid to avoid being tackled.

Here's the play:

That definitely looked intentional. Who slides like that???

This isn't the first time that Jones has done something sketchy on the field. He once tried to twist Carolina Panthers pass rusher Brian Burns' leg.

Brisker, the Bears player who was kicked on Monday night, said he thinks the kick from Jones was intentional.

Jones, according to Brisker, apologized after the game.

It certainly seems like Jones is a dirty player. I'm sure supporters of Jones will argue that he's just in the moment and playing hard, But there are over 1,000 NFL players that take the field each week and it's rare that we see something like that. "Playing hard" isn't an excuse for playing dirty.

Jones needs to be careful. If he keeps building a reputation as a dirty player, he might notice some not-so-friendly hits on the field.
