Bengals Injury Report: Ja’Marr Chase officially questionable for Week 6 along with several other key players
Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase is dealing with an illness, but don’t count him out from playing Sunday against the Green Bay Packers.
The Cincinnati Bengals are through with practice for the week and have one more full day of preparation to get Joe Flacco up to speed for their Week 6 game against the Green Bay Packers.
Let’s take a look at the game statuses on Friday’s injury report:
Bengals Friday injury report
| Player | Injury | W/T/F | Designation |
| WR Ja’Marr Chase | NIR – (Rest)/Illness | Limited/Full/DNP | Questionable |
| LG Dylan Fairchild | Knee | DNP/DNP/Limited | Questionable |
| LB Shaka Heyward | Illness | –/DNP/Full | – |

| DE Shemar Stewart | Ankle | Limited/Limited/Limited | Questionable |
Observations
- Wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase (illness) was sent home prior to Friday’s walkthrough but was present for meetings. There’s a chance he recovers and is able to play Sunday afternoon barring a setback Saturday.
- Left guard Dylan Fairchild (knee) was at least limited Friday with his knee injury he suffered against the Detroit Lions, but the expectation is for Dalton Risner to start at his spot in Green Bay.
- Right guard Lucas Patrick (calf) went full again and while he’s officially questionable, it’s possible he’ll be activated to the 53-man roster this weekend. Backup center Matt Lee (knee) is questionable to play, which would make Patrick needed as depth behind starter Ted Karras.
- Defensive end Shemar Stewart (ankle) practiced went limited for a third straight day and is doubtful.

- Wide receiver Christian Watson (knee) is out but hasn’t even been activated to Green Bay’s 53-man roster yet, and that won’t happen this weekend.
