Cincinnati Bengals head coach Zac Taylor had a strong message for fans this week ahead of a matchup with the Buffalo Bills in week 17.

Taylor told reporters that he has "high expectations" for Cincy fans for the Monday Night Football showdown against Buffalo.

"Great night game, we've always had awesome scenes at our night games," said Taylor on Thursday. "The weather looks like it's going to cooperate for us. So I'm really excited to see what our fans bring to the table. I've got high expectations for them also."

There's a lot on the line for both teams on Monday night.

The Bengals can clinch the AFC North if they beat the Bills and if the Baltimore Ravens lose to the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Buffalo, on the other hand, can clinch the No. 1 seed in the AFC and a first-round bye with a win against Cincinnati and a loss by the Kansas City Chiefs to the Denver Broncos.

This matchup between the Bills and the Bengals has the potential to be the game of the year. And it could be a preview of a playoff showdown between these two teams. Cincinnati will certainly need the fans to be a factor to slow down Josh Allen and Buffalo's high-powered offense.
