Sam Hubbard is back: Bengals inactives announced for Week 12

The Cincinnati Bengals have released their inactive players list for their Week 12 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
The following players will not suit up for the Bengals today:
- RB Chris Evans
- WR Tee Higgins
- OL Trey Hill
- OL D'Ante Smith
- CB Cam Taylor-Britt
- DL Jay Tufele
Higgins (hamstring), Smith (knee), and Taylor-Britt (quad) were all declared out Friday with their respective injuries. Higgins and Taylor-Britt did not participate in any of the team's three practices during the week. Smith seemed to injure his knee during Thursday's practice as he was limited that day and missed Friday.
The surprise inactive here is Evans, who will be a healthy scratch. The Bengals activated rookie running back Chase Brown yesterday, and having Evans inactive signals to Brown being involved in the running back rotation with Joe Mixon and Trayveon Williams.
Other notable actives include Sam Hubbard (ankle), and Germaine Pratt (illness). Hubbard missed the previous two games with an ankle injury, and Pratt missed Friday's practice.
