The Cincinnati Bengals have released their inactive players list for their Week 8 game against the San Francisco 49ers
The following players will not suit up for the Bengals today:
- LB Devin Harper
- G Trey Hill
- CB DJ Ivey
- OT D'Ante Smith
- DT Josh Tupou
The lone inactive player who's injured is Tupou, who was declared out with a shoulder injury this week. Third-year defensive tackle Jay Tufele will take his snaps along the defensive line.
All three Bengals players who were questionable for Cincinnati are active as running back Joe Mixon, LB Akeem Davis-Gaither, and C Max Scharping will all suit up and play.
Mixon and Scharping were recent additions to the injury report, while Davis-Gaither was out for the previous four weeks with his knee injury. Davis-Gaither will return to his role as a rotational player on defense, and a key member on special teams.
Bengals have more riding on Week 9 than any other NFL team
Playoff implications are already very high this week.
