The Cincinnati Bengals have been at the top of the AFC for the last few seasons, and with their draft haul and off-season moves, it should remain that way in 2023.

Tight end Irv Smith Jr. and cornerback Sidney Jones IV were solid additions, but the Bengals' biggest get was Orlando Brown Jr. on a four-year deal, and he will add a Pro Bowl presence at left tackle.

Brown certainly sees a big year for himself, but he also feels that way about the entire team.

Cincinnati is loaded to the max offensively.

It all starts with quarterback Joe Burrow who is in the conversation for the best at his position after over 9,000 yards and nearly 70 touchdowns over the previous two seasons. Ja'Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, and Tyler Boyd are arguably the best trio in the league at wide receiver. The addition of running back Chase Brown to go with veteran Joe Mixon gives the Bengals a much-needed two-headed attack in the running game.

Defensively, the Bengals have two solid anchors on the interior in D.J. Reader and B.J. Hill. Trey Hendrickson and Sam Hubbard are one of the better defensive end duos and produced 14.5 sacks and 115 pressures in 2022. Cincinnati's overall linebacker isn't that loaded but Germaine Pratt and Logan Wilson at the top is a solid duo.

There's young talent at cornerback with DJ Turner and Cam Taylor-Britt, plus Chidobe Awuzie and Mike Hilton provide veteran leadership. Nick Scott and Dax Hill will likely be the starting safeties and rookie Jordan Battle has tremendous upside.

So, Brown's excitement and confidence in the Bengals roster is understandable, especially considering they're bringing most of the team that made the AFC Championship Game last season. There's no question that if health is on their side, the Bengals will live up to their hype and could very well get over the hump and win their first Super Bowl.
