The Cincinnati Bengals have released their inactive players list for their Week 15 game against the Minnesota Vikings.
The following players will not suit up for the Bengals today:
- LB Joe Bachie
- OL Jackson Carman
- RB Chris Evans
- OL Trey Hill
- DL Jay Tufele
Bachie (oblique) and Carman (illness) were listed as questionable on the team's injury report, with Carman being a late addition Friday afternoon. Bachie missed Wednesday's practice before being limited Thursday. LB Devin Harper, who's usually a healthy scratch, is set to take Bachie's spot on special teams and for depth on defense.
Drew Sample was also added Friday with an illness, but is playing today. Sample has recently emerged as Cincinnati's primary tight end and wears multiple hats within the offense, primarily as a blocker and checkdown receiver. Expect to see a similar rotation of snaps between him and Tanner Hudson.
As confirmed earlier in the week, WR Ja'Marr Chase and Vikings WR Justin Jefferson are active and will try and outdo one another on their respective offenses. Jefferson hasn't played a full game since October 1.
