A lengthy injury report for the Bengals as Week 16 preparation begins.
The Cincinnati Bengals and Miami Dolphins have begun practicing for their Week 16 matchup this Sunday, and both teams are severely banged up in terms of injuries.

Observations
- Goodness gracious that’s a lot of ankle injuries. Noah Fant, B.J. Hill, Kris Jenkins Jr., Charlie Jones, and Joseph Ossai were all held out from practicing Wednesday, while PJ Jules, Amarius Mims, Samaje Perine, and DJ Turner II were full participants. Cincinnati claimed Ke’Shawn Williams off waivers Tuesday, which hints at Jones not being able to play this week and potentially longer.
- Tee Higgins (concussion) remains in the concussion protocol and was limited, much like he was this time last week. He reported concussion symptoms following the Bengals’ Week 14 loss to the Buffalo Bills, which happened just days after he passed through the protocol for the first time. He suffered a concussion in Week 12 against the New England Patriots and missed Week 13 because of it.
- Joe Burrow (knee) was a full participant but appeared to suffer a minor knee injury in Week 15. Head coach Zac Taylor did not indicate there was any possibility Burrow would be held out of Sunday’s game.

| OL Andrew Meyer | Tricep | Full | — |

Observations
- Miami had four of its own players miss practice Wednesday including key defensive starters Jordyn Brooks (foot/knee) and Minkah Fitzpatrick (calf). Fitzpatrick is considered week-to-week with his injury, so it would be a major surprise for him to play this Sunday.
- Kenneth Grant (shoulder), Jason Sanders (right hip), and Darren Waller (rest/knee) were all limited Wednesday. Grant was the Dolphins’ first-round pick from the 2025 NFL Draft.
