The Cincinnati Bengals have released their inactive players list for Week 4's game against the Tennessee Titans.

The following players will not suit up for the Bengals today:

  • T Jackson Carman
  • LB Akeem Davis-Gaither
  • LB Devin Harper
  • G Trey Hill
  • CB DJ Ivey
  • TE Irv Smith Jr.

The biggest name here is Smith, who will now miss his second game in a row with a hamstring injury. Smith has five receptions for 27 yards in two games for the Bengals this season.

Replacing Smith is Tanner Hudson, who was elevated off the practice squad just like last week. Hudson took Smith's snaps and opportunities in the passing game against the Los Angeles Rams last Monday night, catching two passes for 30 yards on four targets.

Unlike last week, the Bengals only have two quarterbacks on the active roster. Joe Burrow was a full participant in practice this week, and Jake Browning is his one and only backup for this game.

Davis-Gaither will miss his first game of the season with a knee injury. He was listed as questionable on the injury report.

Harper, who was claimed this week off waivers, is a healthy scratch along with Carman, Hill, and Ivey.
