The NFL was swiftly reminded on Sunday what happens when Joe Burrow and Ja'Marr Chase are playing at their best. The Cincinnati Bengals beat the Arizona Cardinals 34-20, and Chase had one of the best games of his career.

Chase's big week was capped off Wednesday when he earned his first accolade of the season as Week 5's AFC Offensive Player of the Week.

The Cardinals had no answer for Chase. The third-year receiver put up a Bengals' single-game record 15 receptions for 192 yards and three touchdowns. He was also responsible for 14 first downs, the highest amount by a receiver since Terrell Owens moved the chains 16 times in 2000.

Any way you look at it, Chase took over the game. It's not a coincidence the Bengals have emerged victorious in the two games he's been most active. He caught 12 passes for 141 yards in Cincinnati's Week 3 victory over the Los Angeles Rams.

Feeding Chase to that level hasn't always worked, but against the right opponent, it's done wonders. It's why he's one of the very best receivers in the NFL at just 23 years of age.
