Four players for the Cincinnati Bengals are questionable for Sunday's game against the Seattle Seahawks.
WR Tee Higgins (rib fracture) and CB Chidobe Awuzie (back) are set to be game-time decisions for the second straight week according to head coach Zac Taylor. Both starters did not play in Week 5's win over the Arizona Cardinals.
DT Josh Tupou (toe) and LB Devin Harper (hamstring) are also questionable for Sunday. Tupou missed Friday's practice due to his injury, but Harper was a full participant.
The plans to replace both Higgins and Awuzie remain the same as last week.
Trenton Irwin and rookie Andrei Iosivas will compensate for Higgins' absence on offense. Irwin had a career day against the Cardinals, logging personal bests in both receptions and yards, and Iosivas caught his first-career pass as well.
Rookie DJ Turner would start in place for Awuzie if the veteran cornerback misses another game. Even when Awuzie has been healthy, Turner has gone in for him to give him some rest this year.
Considering Higgins and Awuzie have each been limited throughout the week of practice, it would not be surprising if they were limited in the game despite getting cleared to play. Irwin, Iosivas, and Turner will likely be counted on regardless if they are active or not.
Only one player is confirmed to be inactive for Sunday in linebacker Akeem Davis-Gaither (knee). The fourth-year player will now be out for a third consecutive week. There's a chance he may return soon after the team's Week 7 bye week, but he's week-to-week for now.
