The extra day of rest seems to have helped the Cincinnati Bengals (5-6) leading up to their Monday Night Football showdown with the Jacksonville Jaguars (8-3) as two players who missed last week's game are back practicing.

Wide receiver Tee Higgins (hamstring) and cornerback Cam Taylor-Britt (quad) were back in uniform Thursday afternoon for the Bengals' first practice of Week 13.

But that's all the good news from Cincinnati. Linebacker Logan Wilson, who suffered what head coach Zac Taylor said was an ankle sprain, was also practicing. Sam Hubbard, who returned last week from an ankle injury as well, was also a participant Thursday.

51 of the Bengals' 53 players on the active roster practiced with the exception of cornerback Chidobe Awuzie (illness) and edge defender Trey Hendrickson. As it turns out, Hendrickson got a rest day.

Higgins, Hubbard, and Taylor-Britt were officially limited along with LB Akeem Davis-Gaither (knee), DT B.J. Hill (rest), and OT D'Ante Smith (knee). Wilson was a full participant and listed on the injury report under that designation along with QB Jake Browning (wrist), TE Tanner Hudson (finger), and TE Drew Sample (foot)
