A slightly shorter week of rest for the Cincinnati Bengals (6-6) means an altered practice schedule leading up to their Week 14 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts (7-5).

The Bengals held a late afternoon walkthrough Wednesday for their first practice session of the week following their overtime victory on Monday Night Football.

Every player on the active roster was projected to participate in an actual practice, but two players would've been limited with injury.

Right tackle Jonah Williams (back) and rookie running back Chase Brown (hamstring) popped up on the projected injury report as limited, along with half-rest days for linebacker Akeem Davis-Gaither, defensive tackle B.J. Hill, and edge defender Sam Hubbard.

This is the second time Williams has popped up on the injury report this year. He practiced fully with a shoulder injury in Week 12. The fifth-year player has had a history of injuries, and he's played every snap for the offense this year along with three of his fellow starting offensive linemen.

Brown being listed with a hamstring injury is something to monitor considering he was placed on the Reserve/Injured list for a hamstring injury back in October. He recorded season-highs in offensive snaps (11) and special teams snaps (17) on Monday night.

The increased snaps on offense for Brown led to a breakout performance. He carried the ball nine times for 61 yards, including three missed tackles forced and a long of 31 yards. It was exactly what the Bengals' run game needed, and he should only be playing more often going forward.
