This offseason, we found out that Baron Browning would miss significant time after dealing with an injury.

"I'm not going to give updates on injuries, but yes. Obviously, he is someone who will start the season on PUP," Sean Payton told reporters early this offseason. "Outside of that, I think that had a little bit to do with it, and that's part of the deal."

Browning started 2023 on the PUP list and is the reason the Broncos went after Frank Clark, a veteran who has won two Super Bowls with the Kansas City Chiefs.

Clark played Week 1, and is no hurt, so that move was almost for nothing. Clark is set to miss multiple weeks with what looks to be a hip injury.

Now the Broncos are left with some questionable depth at their outside linebacker position, making the move to sign Clark even more questionable than it already was.
