How to Watch and Listen to Broncos vs. Chargers in Week 3: TV info, kickoff time, viewing options, and what to look for
Everything you need to know about the upcoming Week 3 NFL contest between the Denver Broncos and Los Angeles Chargers.
The Denver Broncos lost heartbreakingly to the Indianapolis Colts after a leverage penalty allowed a retry on the game-winning field goal. Nevertheless, the football season is long, and the Broncos are already looking toward their next opponent: the Los Angeles Chargers.
It will be a divisional showdown with Justin Herbert leading the charge (no pun intended) in Los Angeles. Second-year quarterback Bo Nix and the Broncos offense will look to bounce back after the disappointing loss. Denver was swept last year by the Chargers and is hoping to even the score in the early stages of the 2025 NFL regular season.
Here’s everything you need to know about the upcoming matchup between two divisional rivals.

3 Broncos players to watch in Week 3 matchup against the Chargers
- Bo Nix: The second-year quarterback had a bounce-back game against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 2, even though the team wasn’t able to pull out the victory. In the contest, Nix threw for three touchdowns, and his connection with Troy Franklin looks legit. Limiting his turnovers will be the name of the game with a tough matchup slated against the Chargers. He’ll be looking to get his first-ever win against Los Angeles in his young NFL career. In two contests against the Chargers, he has 479 yards and four touchdowns with one interception.
- Pat Surtain: The superstar cornerback locked down Calvin Ridley in Week 1, but his efforts were short-lived after a rocky performance against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 2. In the contest, a scary moment unfolded where he needed to be helped off the field with a leg injury, but was ultimately able to come back into the contest. After the entire defense was gashed, look for Surtain to step in and step up for a big game against the Chargers.
- Troy Franklin: The talented pass-catcher showed up in a big way against the Colts in Week 2, despite the last-second defeat. His ascension in the offense is proving itself in just two weeks in the NFL regular season, as he was able to find the end zone and lead the team in receiving yards. Look for Franklin and Nix to connect early and often against the Chargers, and maybe Franklin will even find the end zone yet again. He finished his Week 2 matchup against the Colts with eight receptions for 89 yards and a touchdown.
