With their fifth-round pick in the 2022 NFL draft, the Kansas City Chiefs selected offensive tackle Darian Kinnard out of Kentucky. When he got to training camp, he was a name to watch in terms of the Chiefs depth up front.

But things never went well for him. He was consistently beaten out for roster positions and just stayed put on the practice squad. However, now, he could have another chance to prove himself.

According to NFL insider Aaron Wilson of KPRC2, the Philadelphia Eagles signed Kinnard before free agency began, which tells me he is likely signed to a future/reserve role, which also means he could be on the practice squad.

This is still a chance for him to show what he is made of. He fits the Eagles' culture perfectly, as he comes off as a petty, mean dude.

And, just maybe, he will change his hair color to green, as seeing it was blue when he was at Kentucky and ed with the Chiefs.
