Sources tell A to Z Sports that the Colts hosted Michigan offensive lineman Myles Hinton for a Top 30 visit ahead of the 2025 NFL Draft. Hinton began his college career at Stanford in 2020, in which he redshirted during the pandemic-shortened season. In 2021, he started nine games for Stanford, all at right tackle, and allowed four sacks and 17 hurries (the most of his career). In 2022, he started in seven games, six at right tackle and one at left tackle, but missed five games due to injury.

He transferred to Michigan before the 2023 season, there he started five games, four at right tackle and one at left. He impressed the team enough in 2023 to earn a full-time starting spot for 2024 as the Wolverines left tackle. He started all ten games he appeared in last season at left tackle, though an injury forced him to miss two games, and he opted out of the team's bowl game vs. Alabama. During his last season, he only allowed one sack, three QB hits, and six hurries, and he showed off how well he could move in space when asked to do so. He is currently projected to be a mid-day three pick, but some people I've spoken to around the league suggest the league is higher on Hinton than the media.

This visit is a little extra special for the Colts because Hinton's father is Chris Hinton. Chris Hinton played in the NFL for 13 seasons, most of which came with the Colts from 1983 to 1989. He was a member of the Colts during their last season in Baltimore in 1983 and got to experience the transition to Indianapolis in 1984. He was sent to the Colts as part of the notorious John Elway trade that sent the QB to Denver. Hinton became a six-time Pro Bowler and two-time All-Pro during his time with the Colts. He was one of the best offensive linemen in the NFL while in Indianapolis and was inducted into the team's ring of honor, where his name can be seen today in Lucas Oil Stadium.
