The Indianapolis Colts unveiled their Indiana Nights jerseys ahead of last season and went on to wear them once last year against the Cleveland Browns.
And they now have announced that they are set to wear them again in 2024.
The Colts are set to wear the Indiana Nights jerseys in Week 12 at home against the Detroit Lions on November 24. For the second year in a row, the Colts will wear their uniforms named "Indiana Nights" during an early window time slot. In their defense, though, they didn't have much of a choice this year, with every home game with an already scheduled kickoff coming at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
Personally, I would have liked them to pick an earlier home game on the schedule to wear them. So they could also attempt to wear them for their lone primetime regular season game against the New York Jets for Monday Night Football in Week 11. With them now wearing them in Week 12, I have a hard time seeing them choose to do so in back-to-back weeks. So, we will likely have to wait till 2025 at the earliest for these games to be worn under the lights of a night game.
