And one of the bold takes he included is that he believes the Indianapolis Colts will make the playoffs in 2024.
Number 63 on Orr's 100 bold takes stated that he believes the Colts will make the playoffs in 2024. Here is what he had to say on that prediction.
People forget that Indianapolis was only narrowly out of the conversation a year ago, despite having lost starting quarterback Anthony Richardson early in the season. Now, a combination of Richardson and Joe Flacco will reload for 2024 with a slightly improved defense. If internal opinion matters, the Colts are higher on themselves than a mid-level politician
Maybe I'm too optimistic about the Colts in 2024, but I don't think it's a bold take to say they will make the playoffs in 2024. They were one play away from beating the red-hot Houston Texans with their backup QB last season, which would have punched their ticket to the postseason.
The Colts had one of the youngest rosters in the NFL last season. They added two rookies who seem to have a real shot of playing important roles during their rookie seasons in edge rusher Laiatu Latu and WR Adonai Mitchell. And according to Albert Breer of Sports Illustrated and NBC Colts head coach Shane Steichen knows changes have to be made to keep their QB on the field. […]
