The Indianpolis Colts are getting ready for an AFC South bout in Week 13 as their rivals, the Houston Texans, are coming to town

Over the years, it has become quite evident that neither side likes the other. Trash talk has been thrown back and forth through podcasts and the media. For example, the Colts may have some extra motivation heading into this matchup thanks to some bold words from a Texans defender.

Texans safety Calen Bullock doesn’t think he is highly of the Colts offense besides Jonathan Taylor

The Texans have put together an impressive string of wins lately, following a rough start to the season. They are now 6-5, and their defense has been playing out of its mind to lead this season’s resurgence. They pose a difficult task for the Colts in Week 13, but one of Houston’s players decided to make things a bit more personal.

Texans safety Calen Bullock recently spoke on the Colts offense, and while he was very complimentary of star RB Jonathan Taylor, the rest of the group doesn’t seem to impress him much. “We have to stop the run, that’s their whole offense,” Bullock shared on Good Morning Football. “The whole offense goes through Jonathan Taylor; he’s the best back this year. Once you stop him, we feel like the offense doesn’t have anything else.”

The Colts have been one of the top offenses in the NFL this season. They average the most points per game this season and are the only team in the league to average over 30 at 31. The team’s rushing attack has been impressive, averaging the third most rushing yards per game at 138.8. Their passing attack has also been hard to stop as they average 245.2 yards per game through the air, the seventh most in the league.

Last week, the Colts’ passing offense faltered down the stretch, allowing a game they should have won to slip away to the Kansas City Chiefs in overtime. Daniel Jones is reportedly dealing with a fractured fibula, which could explain the poor showing in the second half vs. the Chiefs. Now, he has the chance to rebound against one of the top defenses in the league. A win, no matter what, would be huge for the Colts, but being able to make Bullock eat his words would probably feel amazing for Jones and the rest of the offense.
