Eric Ebron's time with the Indianapolis Colts has often been clouded by his negative comments about the team since his departure.

However, during a recent Instagram trend, Ebron paid homage to his time with the Colts as his "best days."

The trend on Instagram has users using a filter that has a Netflix home screen background with the caption "my, best days" and allows you to input your own video to appear like a trailer. Ebron could have just added his career highlights, but he chose only to use highlights from his time as a Colt.

The Colts signed Ebron as a free agent before the 2018 NFL season. He had just finished his rookie contract with the Detroit Lions, who drafted him in the 1st round of the 2014 NFL Draft. His time with the Lions ended after just four seasons after the team elected not to pick up his fifth-year option.

I think Ebron's 2018 season with the Colts is one all Colts fans and he should look back fondly on. He set his career high at just about every stat he could that season, with him having 110 targets (career high), 66 receptions (career high), 750 yards (career high), 13 touchdowns (career-high), and he was named to his first and only Pro Bowl.

It was, without a doubt, the best season of Ebron's career that he sadly couldn't replicate after Andrew Luck's retirement ahead of the 2019 season. His and Luck's chemistry in 2018 was exceptional, and I wish we could have watched them play together for more than just that one season.
