The Indianapolis Colts and Houston Texans are busy preparing for their crucial Week 18 matchup. One team will punch their ticket to the playoffs, and the other will be sent home with a long offseason to soak in their loss.

Both teams held walkthroughs yesterday, and each had a long list of players listed on their first injury reports of the week.

The Colts will take the practice field for the first time, and the hope will be that many of their key players from yesterday's injury report will be able to participate. Some players to look out for are center Ryan Kelly, LG Quenton Nelson, RT Braden Smith, CB Kenny Moore II, and RB Zack Moss.

Wednesday Injury Report:

Did Not Practice:

  • Ryan Kelly
  • Chris Lammons

Not only did starting center Ryan Kelly miss today's practice, but he was seen with a boot on his foot, which adds some worry to his possible availability. Having their entire starting offensive line would be invaluable for their win and get in game with the Texans.

Limited Participant:

  • Quenton Nelson

Nelson was elevated to a limited participant today, which likely bodes well for his status for Saturday. The star of the Colts offensive line being active for this game is crucial, which is a big step towards that happening.

Full Participant:

  • Kenny Moore II
  • Zack Moss
  • Braden Smith
  • Taven Bryan
  • Isaiah Land
  • Tyquan Lewis
  • Cameron McGrone

After a very long first injury report following their walkthrough on Tuesday, the Colts got the majority of those players on the practice field in a full capacity on Wednesday. This likely means they are moving towards having the majority of their available players for their Week 18 matchup with the Texans. Including RB Zack Moss and CB Kenny Moore II, who missed last week with their injuries.
