The Indianapolis Colts offensive line depth was already a concern, and it took a giant hit today.

Joel Erickson of The Indy Star reported that head coach Shane Steichen announced that Danny Pinter broke his ankle during Thursday's preseason game against the Philadelphia Eagles and will miss the 2023 season.

The Colts were already going to be on the lookout for ways to improve their offensive line depth, but losing Danny Pinter adds another spot the team now must look to improve. Pinter is the Colts most tenured depth lineman and offered the team a player who could play both center and guard if needed. With the Colts holding the 4th waiver priority spot, I expect them to put in multiple claims in hopes of improving their roster.
