The Indianapolis Colts are currently on break while they await players reporting for their 2025 training camp. Players often spend this time doing countless different things.

Sometimes it entails a vacation; sometimes players participate in camps organized by NFL veterans. One of the most notable camps in the league today is TE University, put on by current star TEs Travis Kelce and George Kittle, along with former NFL TE Greg Olsen. This could have been an invaluable experience for Colts 2025 first-round pick Tyler Warren to partake in, but it appears he won't be a part of this year's event after all.

Warren was viewed by many as the best TE in the 2025 NFL Draft class and ultimately ended up being one of two taken in the first round, joining Colston Loveland. Neither will be at TE U, which kicks off June 24 in Nashville, Tennessee. This honestly feels quite shocking, given the presence of so many wise minds in the position. Most of the Colts' TE room is joining Warren by not participating in the event, with Albert Okwuegbunam Jr. being the only member of the team attending.

The Colts had one of the least productive TE rooms in the NFL last season. This led them to draft Warren in the first place. They will need the group as a whole to be better in 2025, no matter who wins the upcoming QB battle between Anthony Richardson and Daniel Jones. However, it appears their offseason process has other priorities in mind before they report for training camp next month.
