After a long wait, Indianapolis Colts star defensive lineman DeForest Buckner returned to practice.

Buckner has missed the past few weeks of practice due to a foot injury that occurred during training camp. He is arguably the best overall player on the Colts, so getting that level of talent back is huge for the team just before the regular season gets underway.

No decision has been made if we will see Buckner suit up for the preseason finale Thursday. But, during his time with the Colts, Buckner has been the type of player who could suit up on game day after missing a week of practice. So it;'s fair to assume the team doesn't think he needs preseason snaps to be ready to go for Week 1.
