Patriots:

The Patriots are 2-7 entering Week 10 and coming off back-to-back losses to the Washington Commanders and Miami Dolphins after their upset win over the Buffalo Bills in Week 7. The Patriots came in at 28th on A to Z Sports' Week 10 Power Rankings. According to Pro Football Focus, the Patriots have graded out as the 26th-best offense and the 23rd-best defense.

Colts:

The Colts are 4-5 entering Week 10 and finally ended their three-game skid with their 27-13 Week 9 win over the Carolina Panthers. They now have the opportunity to head into their Week 11 bye week at.500; the only thing in their way is the Patriots. The Colts came in at 20th on A to Z Sports' Week 10 Power Rankings. According to Pro Football Focus, the Colts have graded out as the 25th-best offense and the 20th-best defense.

Opponent Player Spotlight of the Week:

Mac Jones

Mac Jones' tenure with the Patriots has been rocky, filled with multiple highs and his fair share of lows. This season, he has thrown for 1,861 yards (18th in the NFL), ten touchdowns (Tied for 10th in the NFL), and nine interceptions (Tied for the most in the NFL). The Colts defense got back on track this past week and took care of a bad offense with the Panthers, forcing three interceptions on the day. They now get the league leader in interceptions and will look to build off that strong performance. If the Colts allow Jones to get into a rhythm, though, it could result in a loss, so all eyes are on this matchup.

Colts Player Spotlight of the Week:

DeForest Buckner

DeForest Buckner leads The Colts in sacks who has five on the year. Buckner is coming off a dominant performance against the Panthers, where he had one sack, two tackles for a loss, and two pass deflections. Mac Jones has been sacked only 16 times this season. The Patriots are coming off a one-score loss to the Washington Commanders, where they didn't allow a single sack. If the Colts want to disrupt Jones and force him to make the mistakes some are accustomed to him making, it'll start with creating pressure. And for the Colts, Buckner needs to lead that effort.
