The Indianapolis Colts and Arizona Cardinals will play at 7 PM Eastern Standard Time on Saturday, August 16. 

The Colts announced they will not play their starters in their game, which opens the door for the backups to make their mark ahead of roster cut-down time. So, you need to make sure you know the best way to tune in to the action.
