The Indianapolis Colts have taken their locker room and fan base on quite the roller coaster over the past couple of weeks.
After two weeks on the bench, head coach Shane Steichen announced that they were going back to Anthony Richardson as the team's starting quarterback.
We know Richardson will be out there for the Colts Week 11 matchup today against the New York Jets, but both sides will be without some key starters as each team tries to get their disappointing 2024 season's back on the right track before it's too late.
Colts and Jets Week 11 inactive lists

Colts Week 11 inactives
Following Friday's practice, the Colts ruled starting left tackle Bernhard Raimann out due to a knee injury that kept him out of practice all week. With him out, the team will again turn to rookie Matt Goncalves, who made his first NFL start in Week 9 due to Raimann being in the league's concussion protocol. He will be joined by fellow rookies Tanor Bortolini and Dalton Tucker, who are filling in at center and right guard, along with Ryan Kelly and Will Fries on the IR. On the bright side, though, despite the Colts downgrading starting right tackle Braden Smith to questionable due to a personal matter, he is active and set to start for the team today.
Jets Week 11 inactives
The Jets ruled two starters out following Friday's practice. The first being linebacker and captain on the defense linebacker C.J. Mosley, as well as left tackle Tyron Smith. With Mosley out, the Jets may call two linebacker sets at a higher rate with Quincy WIlliams and Jamien Sherwood on the field. But I'd expect Sam Eguavoen to get those snaps when they need a third LB on the field. At LT, the team will be starting their 2024 first-round pick, Olu Fashanu. This will be his third start of the season, and he has allowed 11 hurries and two QB hits this season. Seven of those hurries and both QB hits coming in his two starts.
A Colts defensive player had a solid excuse for hitting Bills QB Josh Allen but the NFL punished him anyway
The Indianapolis Colts suffered their largest loss of the season to the Buffalo Bills in Week 10 by a score of 30 to 20. And the NFL is making the loss even worse for one player with the news of them fining a key Cotls defender who might have punched Bills QB Josh Allen. Colts […]
The perfect storm that led to Colts QB Anthony Richardson’s benching and eventually regaining the starting job
The last month has been quite the ride for Anthony Richardson and the Indianapolis Colts. The team benched their 2023 first-round pick ahead of their Week 9 matchup with the Minnesota Vikings. Just as abruptly, the team handed Richardson back his starting job after just two weeks. Now that his benching is over, let's discuss what we […]
