The Indianapolis Colts are looking to pick up their second win of the 2024 season.

It won't be an easy task with the 3-0 Pittsburgh Steelers in town for their Week 4 matchup.

We now have a clearer picture of what they will look like today, with their official inactive lists now public, and both will be without key starters.

Colts inactive players

The Colts ruled out starting defenders Kenny Moore II (CB) and Kwity Paye (Edge) Friday after both missed all three practice sessions this week ahead of Week 4. With Paye out, look for rookie Laiatu Latu to play his largest snap count of the year, and with no Kenny Moore, I'd expect multiple players to be rotated in to fill the team's starting slot CB spot as well as the second outside CB. Now, the team has listed starting center Ryan Kelly as inactive due to his neck injury, which landed him on the injury report this week. With Kelly inactive, the Colts are giving the starting job to rookie fourth-round pick Tanor Bortolini. Bortolini has been a healthy scratch each of the first three weeks as the team continues to develop the young interior lineman. He is now set to start and dress in his first NFL game on the same day. The biggest surprise on the inactive list was the Colts' decision to make rookie Anthony Gould inactive, who has been the team's starting return man through the first three weeks. It looks like they elected to give his game-day spot to TE Will Mallory, who is now set to make his 2024 season debut.

Steelers inactive players

Like the Colts, the Steelers ruled out multiple key players following Friday's practice. For Pittsburgh, it was RB Jaylen Warren and edge rusher Alex Highsmith. They also downgraded starting guard Isaac Seumalo from doubtful to out with his pectoral injury. With Warren out the Steelers will lean even more on starter Najee Harris to lead their running game. And if the Colts run defense from Weeks 1 and 2 shows its face it could be a big day for Harris. Highsmith has been a great Robin to T.J. Watt's Batman off the edge for Pittsburgh, but with him out, I'd expect the team to give Nick Herbig the start.
