While many hope to see Travis Kelce get another ring on Sunday, the real question is whether he will also be giving one away soon.
And one reporter had a very interesting way of asking the Kansas City Chiefs tight end that exact question. Who is getting a ring first, the San Francisco 49ers or Taylor Swift?
"I hope I'm getting this ring here on Sunday," Kelce simply said.
It's the perfect answer, proving that his mind is focused on the game, while also keeping fans wanting to know more.
As much as the team probably hopes the focus was more on football this week, reporters have been taking every opportunity they can to ask about the pop star. And Kelce has answered each one with a smile on his face.
Plus, the two did start dating fairly recently so it might be a little soon for an engagement. But they are clearly happy together, so anything is possible.
Kansas City has wholeheartedly accepted Swift, actually being the top TV market to watch the Grammys on Sunday night while the singer took home two major awards.
And Kelce took a moment to speak about her accomplishment, while also making a promise of his own.
"She’s unbelievable. She’s rewriting the history books," Kelce said on Monday. "I told her I need to hold up my end of the bargain and bring home some hardware, too.”
Two grammy awards and the Lombardi trophy would be quite the way to celebrate the two's first year together.
Plus who wouldn't want to see Swift take home a Super Bowl championship in her rookie season.
One thing is for sure: if the Chiefs do win, she should at least be getting one ring (a Super Bowl ring).
