After an unforgettable show at their alma mater, Jason and Travis Kelce got an incredible surprise.
Following the live performance of their New Heights podcast on Thursday night, the University of Cincinnati gave them an impromptu commencement ceremony and the two brothers were handed their diplomas. While they both had graduated from the school years ago, they missed the official graduation, not getting the opportunity to walk across the stage.
But that's all changed now. And in true Travis fashion, he had to add a little extra something to the moment.
Prior to getting his diploma, Travis chugged a beer and then proceeded to spike the can on stage.
He received a loud cheer from the crowd during this moment. And even the members from the University had smiles on their faces as they watched him.
Travis was also asked to deliver the commencement speed.
""To all my fellow students … before we make this thing official, I thought I'd give you guys some advice," Travis said before quoting the Beastie Boys' "Fight For Your Right." "You gotta fight. For your right. To PAAAAAAARTY!"
As for the older Kelce brother, Jason accepted the diploma with a big smile on his face. But he let Travis be in charge of all the crazy antics.
However, before they left the stage, Jason had the perfect message to sum up the entire night: "This is a night to remember."
