Jim Harbaugh has been busy since becoming the head coach of the Los Angeles Chargers. He is building a strong coaching staff in his return to the NFL. Their latest addition will excited plenty of fans. 

The Chargers are hiring a former player of theirs. Former Pro Bowl center Nick Hardwick will be their assistant offensive line coach. 

Mike Devlin will be the OL coach for Los Angeles. Hardwick will play an important role alongside him.

Hardwick played his entire 11-year NFL career with the Chargers. He was a consistent force in the middle of the OL for the franchise. The Chargers selected Hardwick in the third round of the 2004 NFL Draft. 

He was a Pro Bowler in 2006. Fans loved his tenacity and hard play during his career with the Chargers. Hardwick started every game that he played in the pros.

The Chargers are rounding out their final hires for their coaching staff under Harbaugh. They've added plenty of experience and upside in every phase.
