The veteran HC has made a major impact on the Chargers already
He's already doing things that Brandon Staley wouldn't do. Not because he refused to, but because he never thought to. Things like certificates of excellence, or whatever he called it, that he gave out for perfect attendance throughout OTAs and minicamps. That may not be a big deal to some, but it's a little thanks that shows the players "Hey I see you and recognize what you're doing."

Harbaugh has caught plenty of attention this offseason, but it is well deserved. His style and personality are set to thrive in LA. Hopefully, for the Chargers, those translate to wins and success going forward.
