The Los Angeles Rams enter a very interesting offseason. As long as head coach Sean McVay leads this program, and general manager Les Snead is putting together rosters, this team is going to be competitive. They will, however, reshuffle this roster a good bit this offseason.

With the recent news of Cooper Kupp being available for a trade, an end to an era is on the horizon. The 2025 NFL Draft is going to be essential to continue the winning window. Luckily, the board fell great in this recent 7-round mock draft.

Round 1, Pick 26: Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio State

With the news of the impending trade of star wide receiver Cooper Kupp, the Rams are going to need to find a productive pass catcher to go along with Puka Nacua. You need someone who can operate at a high level from the slot, and that describes Egbuka perfectly, who is one of the more underappreciated players in the class.

A duo of Puka and Egbuka was meant to play together.

Round 3, Pick 90: Elijah Arroyo, TE, Miami

Envision a tight end who could potentially thrive in the Sean McVay offense, and you might see a picture of Arroyo. At 251 pounds, he moves like a player who is much smaller. This is your modern day mismatch weapon at tight end who can move all over.

Round 3, Pick 100: Chris Paul Jr., LB, Ole Miss

Christian Rozeboom and Omar Speights each did a solid job for the Rams pressed into duty in 2024, but linebacker is clearly a major area of need. While Paul isn’t the biggest second level defender, he is incredibly instinctive and rangey. He has the talent to play early.

Round 4, Pick 126: Quincy Riley, CB, Louisville

Tough, competitive, and can run for days, there are a lot of things to love about Riley. Whether it’s on the outside or inside at nickel, Riley has starting upside on the next level. He gives a prospective defense a lot of flexibility on the back end of a defense.

Round 6, Pick 192: Riley Leonard, QB, Notre Dame

Leonard is a dynamic athlete at the quarterback position, but far from a pro ready passer. Working with someone like Coach McVay could work some wonders. This feels like the perfect Day Three dart throw, and a risk worth taking.

Round 6, Pick 203: Femi Oladejo, EDGE, UCLA

After a standout 2025 Reese’s Senior Bowl week, it feels pretty unlikely that Oladejo will be available at this spot. In this scenario, however, he was. There isn’t a major need at EDGE but anytime this type of talent falls, you take him.

Round 6, Pick 204: Ricky White, WR, UNLV

Kupp isn’t the only loss to the wide receiver corps for the Rams this offseason. They will also say goodbye to Tutu Atwell, Demarcus Robinson, and Tyler Johnson. White is a sleep outside pass catcher who does everything pretty well but nothing at an elite level.
