The Miami Dolphins picked up its first victory of the 2023 offseason, but not in the manner one might assume.

The NFLPA released its first ever team report cards after surveying roughly 1,300 players. In the report card, players ranked teams based on football facilities, staff and the way teams treated its players and their families.

Of the 32 teams in the NFL, the Dolphins are slotted at the No. 2 spot, trailing the Minnesota Vikings.

There are plenty of aspects that already make Miami a desirable destination for players. Beautiful weather and no state income tax — what’s not to love?

This list proves that playing for the Dolphins provide many perks for players that can fly under the radar at times.

Shining a light on how the Dolphins’ staffs and facilities compare to the rest of the league should be an extra recruiting tool in order to land some of the game’s most respected talents.
