One of the main areas where the Minnesota Vikings have succeeded is running a successful organizatrion as a whole. The wins haven’t been consistent throughout the tenure of Mark and Zygi Wilf as owners, but they have been in both their patience and willingness to spend money.

Over the last three seasons, the Vikings have ranked highly in the NFLPA report cards. Earlier this offseason, the NFL won a grievance that the report cards wouldn’t get released.

Even though they aren’t getting publically released, ESPN’s Kalyn Kahler got her hands on them, and the Vikings ranked second in the NFL once again. It’s the third consecutive second-place finish for the Vikings, with the Miami Dolphins finishing first each time. The Vikings did finish first in the 2023 survey, which makes them one of the more respected franchises in the NFL.

We don’t have how the Vikings were graded this season, but it’s likely not much different from how well they graded last season.

There are a lot of things where the Vikings could do better, including identifying personnel, but it’s no secret that they are doing a great job in providing the proper resources to be successful. Now, it’s about translating that into wins in the month of January.
