This thing is almost over. What an NFL season its' been. But there is still so many playoff questions to be answered. We're down to week 17 and only the Ravens, Lions, 49ers, Dolphins, Eagles and Cowboys have clinched a playoff spot. There's still eight playoff spots left to be decided.
The Bills, Browns, Jaguars, Chiefs, Dolphins, Rams, Seahawks and Buccaneers all have clinching scenarios this week. We look forward to seeing which teams can take advantage of them.
The game of the week goes to the Lions and the Cowboys in prime time on Saturday night. This is the kind of game you love to see. It's like a playoff game before the playoffs. Both teams have things to play for. The Cowboys want to win the NFC East and get a home playoff game while the Lions still have an outside shot at the first seed in the playoffs and have good shot at the second seed.
As for our champion last week, we had a three way tie between Colts beat writer Destin Adams, Browns beat writer Brandon Little and Lions beat writer Mike Payton. That technically makes Payton the first return champion of the season. Here's this weeks picks:
