Eagles 4-round 2026 NFL mock draft: Philadelphia replaces TE Dallas Goedert and prepares for a legendary retirement
The Eagles prepare for the future in latest mock draft scenario.
This time off for the Philadelphia Eagles has an odd cloud over it. Who will be the new offensive coordinator? Can the Eagles re-sign Nakobe Dean, Reed Blankenship, or other impact free agents? What is A.J. Brown’s future?
With those revelations in mind, along with a potential Lane Johnson retirement, let’s take a look at a 4-round mock draft exercise for the birds.
Philadelphia Eagles 4-round 2026 NFL mock draft
Round 1, Pick 23: Caleb Lomu, OT, Utah
Lane Johnson’s future remains cloudy after his season came to an early end this year due to injury. He pushed to return for the team’s Wild Card game against the San Francisco 49ers, but those hopes fell short. With a long offseason ahead for the entire team, it will be intriguing to watch and see if Johnson decides to play another season.
If not, this pick turns into more of a need than a luxury style of selection. Lomu getting a season behind Lane to develop and learn the in’s and out’s of the pro game would be great, but he also could be forced into action if Johnson hangs up his cleats. Either way, offensive tackle in round 1 makes some sense for Philly.
Round 2, Pick 54: Emmanuel McNeil-Warren, S, Toledo
If Reed Blankenship exits in free agency, I believe that safety could be the most dire need on defense for this roster. The second safety spot was already in flux at times this year due to injuries, and McNeil-Warren brings the sort of physicality the Eagles have missed at times from the position.
Round 3, Pick 68: Dani Dennis-Sutton, EDGE, Penn State
The athletic nature of “DDS” will certainly entice some NFL teams, and the Eagles may fall in that category. His power and speed blend is an exciting one, and Philly has to improve their EDGE depth – regardless of if they are able to bring back Jaelan Phillips or not. He’s got to find more consistency, but I like those chances with the Eagles staff.
Round 3, Pick 98: Justin Joly, TE, N.C. State
Have a holly, Joly Christmas, Eagles fans. Joly has consistently risen up draft boards over the course of the college football season due to his receiving prowess. He’s a smooth mover and dominates with the football in his hands after the catch. With Dallas Goedert potentially out the door in free agency, Philly needs a potential replacement plan in place.
Round 4, Pick 122: Omar Cooper Jr., WR, Indiana
Cooper Jr. had one of the top catches of the entire season in CFB. The Hoosiers wideout has a knack for getting open and makes play after the catch. He is expected to perform well at the NFL Scouting Combine, and the Indiana wideout would fit in nicely with Jalen Hurts for the Eagles QB.
Round 4, Pick 138: Jude Bowry, OL, Boston College
Keep adding to the trenches. I like Bowry as a prospect who can make an early NFL impact as a guard rather than at tackle. While his long-term outlook could be at RT or LT, I could see Jeff Stoutland helping him along on the interior as a way to get quick playing time. That sort of experience could very well be invaluable for a player like him.
