The Philadelphia Eagles wrapped up their final practice on Friday as they get ready to host the Washington Commanders in the NFC Championship Game.

All players who kicked off the week on the injury report practiced in some capacity, including starting center Cam Jurgens (back) and tight end Dallas Goedert (ankle). Jurgens is, however, questionable for Sunday.

Quarterback Jalen Hurts (knee) was a full participant again and told reporters he was "progressing" through his injury but will likely wear a knee brace on Sunday.

Also, cornerback Quinyon Mitchel (shoulder) confirmed again with reporters that he will play on Sunday.

Eagles wide receiver Britain Covey (neck) and defensive tackle Byron Young (hamstring) were the only two players who were ruled out for Sunday's big game.

Eagles vs. Commanders NFC Championship Injury Report Observations

  • Center Cam Jurgens played all offensive snaps in last Sunday's win over the Los Angeles Rams, so his name was a surprise. Landon Dickerson and Nick Gates took snaps at center this week.
  • Tight end Dallas Goedert also played all but three offensive snaps in the win. If Goedert can’t play, backup Grant Calcaterra will get the start.
  • Quarterback Jalen Hurts injured his knee against the Rams but appeared just fine, per multiple reports.
  • Cornerback Quinyon Mitchell confirmed with reporters on Wednesday and again on Friday that he will play vs. Washington.
  • Backup quarterback Kenny Pickett injured his ribs in Week 16 and then again in Week 17. This is the second week straight that he's back at practice in full.
  • Wide receiver A.J. Brown injured his knee ahead of Week 16's matchup but has played through the injury. His illness designation on Thursday was a new one.
  • The Eagles signed tight end Nick Muse and offensive lineman Cameron Erving to the practice squad for emergency depth behind Goedert and Jurgens.
  • The Eagles opened wide receiver Britain Covey's (neck) 21-day practice window on Wednesday. Rookie Cooper DeJean will continue to take his place on the punt return.
  • They opened defensive tackle Byron Young's (hamstring) 21-day practice two weeks ago.
