Titans 53-Man Roster 2025: Offensive linemen who will make or break Cam Ward, the biggest storyline that’s being under-discussed
A full offensive linemen roster projection roundup
The 2025 Tennessee Titans go the way that Cam Ward goes. But for my money, the position group that will most directly and tangibly impact the way Cam Ward goes is his renovated offensive line. So in a way, the 2025 Titans go the way that Bill Callahan’s “finished” unit in the trenches goes. I really think they’re that important.
This is the full offensive line installment of an ongoing article series, breaking down the Titans projected 53-man roster one position at a time. Here's what else we've covered so far, in case you've missed it:
- Quarterbacks
- Calvin Ridley's monster expectations
- WR vets you're glad to have but hope you don't need
- The surprise WR lock & battle for the last spot
- Tony Pollard's potential ceiling
- Tyjae Spears' most important season ever
- Kalel Mullings' role
In this edition, we’ll look at three big picture storylines surrounding this pivotal offensive front:
Offensive Tackles
- JC Latham
- Dan Moore
- John Ojukwu
Cut: Jaelyn Duncan, Olisaemeka Udoh, Brandon Crenshaw-Dickson
Guards
- Peter Skoronski
- Kevin Zeitler
- Jackson Slater
- Blake Hance
Cut: Andrew Rupcich, Chandler Brewer
Centers
- Lloyd Cushenberry
- Corey Levin
Cut: Sam Mustipher, Brenden Jaimes
Offensive Tackles
If you had to pick which positions across the line you need to take a leap this year, it’s clearly the tackles. They hold the keys to this car in the palms of their hands. This is an exciting group because for the first time in years, the Titans should be getting NFL-caliber offensive tackle play from two (yes, both of them!) players. And it cannot be overstated how much more is unlocked in any offense by solid enough tackle play.
That’s all it takes: solid enough. All I’m asking for is both bookends to not require regular babysitting. It eats up resources, is a weakness your opponent can exploit with few serviceable counters, and it locks portions of your playbook. Not to mention, it makes everybody else’s job a whole lot harder.
Read about this group in a lot more detail at the link below, where I break down why Dan Moore is somehow an overpay that can pay off, the dramatic transformation RT JC Latham has made this offseason, and more:

Interior Offensive Line
This unit should be a real strength for the Titans if C Lloyd Cushenberry comes back from his torn Achilles well. But that’s a massive “if” that we’ve been too quick to dismiss this offseason. Austin Stanley and I sat down with Dr. Geoff Watson of the Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee to dive into the injury linked here, and needless to say, it could be a rough road ahead for the Titans starting center.
If he takes some time to return to form, the Titans have some backup options that shouldn’t be a huge issue for the unit. I wrote a lot more about that situation at the link below, as well as the rest of a talented and potentially deep IOL room:

The Cushenberry question is a very big one
