The Washington Commanders showed a sign of life last week despite an overtime loss to the Denver Broncos, and now they’re heading on the road to take on the Minnesota Vikings.

We don’t know yet if quarterback Jayden Daniels will play or not, but we at least saw Terry McLaurin shine in his return with big trademark plays. This is the final non-division game for the Commanders, and the last chance to stay alive for the playoffs.

Commanders look to snap losing streak

The Commanders are 5-5 all-time on the road in Minnesota, and they’ve never won at U.S. Bank Stadium. The team is also coming off a seventh-straight loss and looking to end the season on a high note. A lot of young players had standout performances last week, and evaluating the talent on the roster is just as important as chasing wins.

The Vikings have struggled on offense with and without JJ McCarthy, and it’ll give the Commanders the opportunity to continue improving on defense. A win can continue to build momentum, while a loss can eliminate the Commanders and increase their draft pick status.
